WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to giving you the highest-quality product available, and we want to make sure you love what you have purchased. In that spirit, we will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered items within 14 days of purchase, unless those items are marked as final sale. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note you will also need the receipt that came in the box or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. If you received a defective or incorrect item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or items marked as Final Sale. Thank you for understanding.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR HAS OTHER ISSUES?
As mentioned above, we are committed to giving you the highest-quality product available, and we want to make sure you love what you have purchased…but we are all human and mistakes happen. So please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be happy and to love your Dovima Paris.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEMS FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, just place a brand-new order for the replacement item at your earliest convenience. We produce in super-limited runs, and styles/sizes often go quickly... we'd hate for you to miss out. So the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We know there might be some hesitation after a purchase. Provided your order has not been shipped yet, we are happy to cancel it for you.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER IS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE?
There are times when a package is marked as undeliverable by the shipping method after the order leaves our warehouse. In these instances, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "Return To Sender" packages, our team will automatically refund that order for you.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time, usually 3 to 5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit institution.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will ship your order within 2-3 business days at the longest (most orders go out much sooner than that). Once it ships it usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you (sometimes more sometimes less), although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
We use Carrier Calculated shipping which allows UPS to calculate the exact price that il will cost to get your order to the destination provided by you.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A P.O. BOX?
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) addresses, or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. If you enter one of these address types, your order will be delayed and will require a correction to a valid street address, which may come with an additional charge.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING ?
We do accommodate international orders, but this is an exception so please contact us on email@example.com to let us know what you are interested in purchasing.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt that came in the box or proof of purchase.
